Oh and then you’re a teen who’s navigating the constant social pressure to fit in + be liked, figure it all out, know what you want to do and who you want to be in this big ol' world, and somehow try to act like managing all of this is easy?!?!?

And deep down, you know you need a break. Not just any break - you want to feel alive again. You miss the curiosity, the awe, the feeling of ease.

Let’s practice feeling more real, more alive, and more rested together.
